Alysha has a keen interest in assisting individuals with their rehabilitation journey in preventing further injuries with the aim in maintaining or improving their way of life. Alysha has a specific interest in mental health conditions utilizing exercise interventions to improve an individual’s quality of life in positive manner. Alysha has experienced her own rehabilitation journey of recovering from four knee reconstructions. Hence, she has had real life personal experience in dealing with the rehabilitation process of an injury and the mental/physical effects that come with an injury. It has been from these personal experiences that has assisted Alysha in her ability to engage with our clients and improve their quality of life. Alysha also volunteered and participated in placement in the Solomon Islands. While living in a remote location, Alysha assisted the community in the importance of healthy lifestyle while at the same time maintaining cultural respect within the community. Alysha was previously a dancer from the age of three before her injuries. However, this doesn’t hold her back from participating in physical activity as she loves performing resistance and cardiovascular training in group classes at her local gym to maintain overall fitness and health. About Scott

Scott is the owner and Senior AEP of Complete Health and Fitness Solutions. The business was created in 2009 and since then has experienced a broad range of clients from basic fitness through to his passion of cardiovascular rehabilitation.

Graduating in 2007, Scott has extensive experiencing in strength and conditioning work with sporting clubs, athletics and individual athletes.

He has a particular interest in middle aged enthusiast athletes to provide them with the tools they need to get the most out of their training and time.

Scott’s interests are snow skiing, golf, travel, bush walking, trail running on some of Cairns beautiful walking tracks and beach volleyball. As a younger man Scott played cricket and soccer at a state level, and track running, triathlon, baseball at a regional level.

Scott has competed in the Cairns and Yeppoon 70.3 half-ironman triathlon, Spartan Race, The “Men’s Health” magazine Urbanathlon, The North Face 100 (100 km Blue Mountains), Cardiac Challenge, Charity Cancer ride from Rockhampton to Brisbane and has recently returned from a Himalayan trek to Mt. Everest Base Camp.
