After many years of high impact sports, i was left with a body worn with chronic injuries. I was struggling to get through my everyday life.  I turned to yoga to help restore balance and give me back some lost structure in my body. 

I have been practicing yoga for 8 years now, and my style of yoga is strongly focused on alignment. I believe that once you obtain the right alignment and structure your body can start to move more effortlessly.
