Forms & Function  A class focusing on the utilisation of myofascial release techniques, PNF along with mobilising techniques & exercises to enhance and improve joint range of motion (ROM). All under the guidance and supervision of Accredited Exercise Professionals.
Reps n Sets A class that focuses on traditional exercise principles  (repetitions and sets), utilising variable rep ranges and sets to challenge the bodies energy systems. All under the guidance and supervision of Accredited Exercise Professionals.
Fundamentals of Strength Fundamentals of Strength (FOS). A class that takes you through the fundamental movement patterns and techniques for strength training. Under the guidance and supervision of Accredited Exercise Professionals.
Yoga A beginner friendly class focused on breathing, stretches, basic poses and meditation to leave you feeling relaxed and balanced.
Stretch Combines mobilising movement, spikey ball, stretching and myofascial release techniques to help you feel free and supported. All under the guidance and supervision of Accredited Exercise Professionals.
Fit 50’s An exercise circuit which incorporates the principles of balance, strength and stability for people over 50. All under the guidance and supervision of Accredited Exercise Professionals.
Lungs in Action Low to moderate intensity workout for those with lung conditions to encourage a fit and healthy lifestyle. All under the guidance and supervision of Accredited Exercise Professionals.
HIIT @ Altitude High Intensity Interval Training. This class combines a range of resistance exercises in circuit form, in bouts of active work followed by recovery, at 3500m above sea level. Burning 20-30% more calories than training at sea level. All under the guidance and supervision of Accredited Exercise Professionals.
BoxFit @  Altitude A class based on the training used for boxing. It includes skipping, boxing drills and sequences and abdominal workouts – all focusing on fitness and toning at 3500m above sea level. Burning 20-30% more calories than training at sea level. All under the guidance and supervision of Accredited Exercise Professionals.
Suffer @ Altitude
