The studio is fully air conditioned for your comfort, friendly staff to help and discrete environment for you to feel safe.
We pride ourselves on delivering a personalised experience with our exclusive booking system to enhance your exercise experience. We ensure a high ratio of supervision for each client by limiting classes to 12 people per class.
All our staff are highly qualified to meet your needs and more than happy to assist you when you need. Practitioners are Accredited Exercise Professionals to delivery your program in a safe and encouraging manner.
